There is place where you see 2 floating platforms but you can't get to them. If you jump from the edge and glide around the corner you will find the key. This is also the place to reach those platforms.

Wait for the platform you are on to stop moving then walk to the edge and jump, glide at the very top and hover at the last second. Took me several tries to get it. When cross the floating platforms you get to a portal.

If you look closely when you shoot a Riptoc a green gem appears but you can't pick it up. Some people have reported having extra gems after finishing this level. Maybe there is a way to pick up the gems.

The portal is behind the big doors at the beginning of the level.

Challenge Area - Ice Slide

One trick is to know when not to jump. Jumping slows you down and some places that look like you need to jump you don't need to jump.

Short cut - After the huge jump where you turn left there is a path on the left.

It's the same slide as the first but you have to do it in less time.
