NinaStand in front of a cage. As she comes toward you jump over her so that she runs into the blocks under the cage. Do this several time on each side until CoCo and the Professor are free.
She throws a fit and the furnace door opens. Flame the furnace(while avoiding her) to raise the ceiling high enough to escape to the right.
