Unreachable Gems - You have to use the Super charge ramp. As you get to the end of the supercharge ramp there is a loop of track around a tower on an island in front of you. You need to Jump at the end of the super charge take the right path on the loop, charge around the loop and jump at the end and you should be right in line with the gems.
