Getting Started - Make sure you have at least 11 free blocks in your PocketStation. It is best to put the PocketStation in Slot 1 on the PlayStation and leave Slot 2 empty in order to avoid confusion.

Finding Dragonfly Eggs - All the eggs look the same while playing Spyro, a green blob with dragonfly wings close up, and red or orange from a distance, but when you look in the pocketstation they can look quite different. So far I have found 30 eggs and 13 different types. I do not believe there could be any more unless there are some in the flight levels that I have missed.

Playing Sparx Workout - From the main PocketStation(time and date) Screen press the left or right button until you see little animated screen with a drgonfly. Press the enter button. The intro sequence will play, featuring Spyro and 3 dragonflies hatching from eggs and then the title screen. The first time you start it you will gett a message telling how many eggs you found.
You will then see your first empty "Insect Basket" and you will see a flashing arrow pointing right and one pointing down. Pressing right will take you to the next empty "Insect Basket". continue pressing right and you can scroll through all 4 "Insect Baskets", the "Palace" and the "Egg Sack". Pressing up from any of these screens takes you to the Time Screen. On the top is the current time as it is set in PocketStation. Under that is how long you have been playing this game. You can press the right button to advance game time, which is indicated by inverted color(white on black). The left button reverses time. You can not go back in time before you started. once you hit enter the change is permanent.

Baskets - You can raise up to 4 Dragonflies at a time. Pressing down from any of the 4 empty baskets show the "insect net". Press right to scroll through all available eggs. The number in the lower left corner tells you which level you found the egg in. If you press the enter button the current egg will be placed in the current basket and begin to develope
Egg Sack - press down from the Egg Sack and you will see the total number of unhatched eggs. Press right to scroll through all available eggs. The number in the lower left corner tells you which level you found the egg in. If you press the enter button the current egg will be placed in the first empty basket and begin to develope.

Inspection
Training - there are 9 training exercizes with 3 dificulty levels
Feeding - there are 9 different meals. meals heal as well as put on wait. When you select a meal Spyro flames or charges the fodder.
Walking - You send your dragonflys out for a walk to regain hit points and lose weight.
Mariage - You can mary any 2 of your Dragonflies as long as they are not out for a walk or in the hospital. They mate imediatly, lay one egg and then leave. The egg will be in one of their baskets and the other backet will be left empty.
