tip: Take this on after Sparx gets the extra hit point. You still have 100 but when you get hit you loose 25 instead of 33.

After the fight be sure to look around and search the buildings to find the rest of the gems and another egg.

The Swimming Glitch and a Secret Portal - The Swimming glitch lets you swim through the entire level and go places you are not supposed to go. Activating it in Dino Mines is a little different than other levels. When you exit the under water section of the level notice that Zoe the fairy is right above you. She will zap you and then disappear. The trick is to get her to zap you while you are under water. The easiest way I've found is to swim a good distance away from her so that she will reappear. Swim back right under her so that you can see her up through the water. Now surface and dive immediately. She should zap you through the water. Now go and get yourself killed either by getting shot by the underwater dinos or ramming some TNT. When you come back to life you should be outside the water but still swimming. You can now swim anywhere in the level. Entering the water will turn this off.

There is a Secret Portal back by the entrance to the water section. When you face the entrance pool there is a building on your right and a rock wall on your left. the portal is behind the rock wall. You can swim over the wall or around it. If you swim around it watch out for some invisible walls that reach out a bit. the portal looks like the sparkly part of a normal challenge portal without the black background, so it's kinda hard to see from a distance. Once you enter it the Swim Glitch is turned off. Inside is a large round fenced in area with a raised part in the middle. There is an invisible portal back to the main world somewhere in the middle of the raised part. You can also select "Exit Area" from the menu. When you get back to the main level you will fall to your death and reappear at the portal and fall again until you run out of lives or open the menu and select "Exit Level".
