As soon as Spyro steps on the platform with the Sunny Villa portal on it Bianca flies in on a rainbow and tells him to give up.

Skip Bianca - If you find Bianca's message way to scary or depressing you can skip it by jumping on the rock in front of the waterfall and gliding and hovering into the top of the waterfall. Thanks JulieBug for the tip.

Jump up to the next level and cross the river and you will see Moneybags standing next to a caged Kangaroo in front of a small house. You don't have enough gems right now to free her but if you get all the Gems in the Level you will have more than enough to free her.

Mushroom Speedway is over looking the lake in Sunrise Spring. When you first come to the lake (with Seashell Shore in front of you and the balloon building to your right) swim to the left and there are steps leading up to Mushroom Speedway.

Build the Balloon - You need someone from each of the five Sunrise Spring Worlds to help build the balloon so Spyro can travel to Midday Garden.
