The Blue Footed Boobies - A team of racing seagulls who live in Harbor Speedway. Not to be confused with actual blue footed boobies.

Breeze Builders - A small community of Avians that inhabit Breeze Harbor and parts of Zephyr in Avalar. In their number are many types of birds including Hawks, Parrots and Pelicans. Their right to live in Zephyr has been contested by the Land Blubbers (who also call it home) for years. They had finally learned to live in peace when the situation was aggravated by Ripto's invasion of Avalar.

Breeze Builders are known for building flying boats and ships and for inventing many steam powered machines.
